Operator details

The legal entity operating this website and the contact details for formal notices are:

  • Legal entity: Foshan Haochang Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (佛山市皓锠五金制品有限公司)
  • Registered address: No. 18 Jiangcun Industrial Avenue, Leliu Subdistrict, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China
  • Email: [email protected]

These terms govern use of the public website. Any accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, or signed agreement may contain separate commercial terms that take priority for that transaction.

Website purpose

PoolProject provides business-oriented information about pool-cover systems, equipment packages, accessories, drawing and BOM review, order-specific inspection coordination, and consolidation support from China.

Website content is general information, not a binding offer, engineering approval, installation instruction, certification, customs ruling, or promise that a product is suitable for a specific project. Availability, scope, specification, price, lead time, Incoterms, payment terms, documentation, and warranty apply only when confirmed in transaction documents.

Enquiries through WhatsApp

All public CTAs open WhatsApp. A CTA may prepare a page-specific message and source reference. You decide whether to send it and may edit it first. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms.

Do not send confidential drawings, personal data, payment credentials, or controlled information until an authorized representative confirms the intended recipient and an appropriate channel. A WhatsApp conversation alone does not create an order or acceptance.

Buyer-provided information

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, revision status, and authority to share any dimensions, drawings, schedules, BOMs, site conditions, standards, destination requirements, and other project inputs. Changes after a design or order freeze may affect feasibility, price, timing, and responsibility.

Any review or comment is limited to the agreed supply scope and information received. It does not transfer the duties of the project designer, engineer of record, installer, main contractor, owner, importer of record, or local authority.

Compliance, installation, and imports

The buyer and its appointed professionals remain responsible for final design approval, site measurement, structural and electrical interfaces, installation, commissioning, safe operation, maintenance, permits, product suitability, and destination-country compliance.

Certificates, test reports, declarations, manuals, labels, and customs documents are product-, model-, factory-, order-, and destination-specific. They must be requested and verified before order confirmation. No website statement should be read as blanket certification or local approval.

The importer of record is responsible for classification, licenses, conformity procedures, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local regulatory checks unless a signed transaction document clearly assigns a particular task otherwise.

Installation and compliance disclaimer

Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, PoolProject is not the project designer, engineer of record, architect, local installer, commissioning contractor, safety consultant, importer of record, or authority having jurisdiction. Website guidance, checklists, drawing comments, BOM comments, and supplier information are supply-coordination inputs — not a substitute for project-specific calculations, stamped drawings, method statements, risk assessments, manufacturer instructions, or local professional approval.

The buyer and its appointed professionals remain responsible for final site measurements and interfaces; hydraulic, electrical, structural, waterproofing, bonding, and control-system design; product selection and safe intended use; installation, supervision, testing, commissioning, training, and maintenance; permits and destination-market compliance; and reviewing and accepting the final frozen specification before production or dispatch.

Changes after a design or order freeze may require revalidation and can affect price, lead time, compatibility, and warranty. Inspection evidence is limited to the agreed checklist, sample, timing, and accessible characteristics; it does not eliminate latent defects or replace installation and commissioning checks. Inspect delivered goods promptly, preserve packaging and serial or batch references, and follow the notice process in the transaction documents.

Do not approve production, shipment, or installation where a critical dimension, interface, standard, document, responsibility, or destination requirement remains unclear. Ask for the issue to be recorded and resolved in the applicable project documents before proceeding.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the website for legitimate business evaluation and enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its content, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means in a way that disrupts the service.

Website branding, text, layouts, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right needed to view and use the website lawfully.

Availability and liability

The website may be changed, suspended, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted or that general content is complete for your project. Transaction-specific warranties and liability limits must be stated in the applicable commercial documents.

Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Any accepted quotation, order confirmation, or signed agreement may specify the governing law, dispute process, jurisdiction, and notice requirements for that transaction. Where no transaction document applies, these questions are determined by applicable law and the rules of the court or authority with competent jurisdiction. Formal notices to the website operator may be sent to the postal or email address stated under “Operator details.”

Changes

These terms may be updated when the website or its service configuration changes. The date above identifies the current website version; transaction terms already accepted are governed by their own documents.
