A made-to-measure, track-guided automatic cover system built in our own factory for villa, compound, hotel and resort pools. Two installation paths — ST3000-U concealed under-track for new builds, ST3000-T surface-mounted top-track for selected retrofits — quoted from the pool drawing rather than length and width alone.

A cover does not cool a pool. What it changes depends on the season and on the water-treatment equipment already in the project scope.
A closed, track-guided cover keeps most evaporation in and most airborne dust out of the water and off the filter. Because the benefit follows covered hours, a powered system earns its price where a manual cover is left open.
Specify an opaque fabric, never a transparent bubble cover. Water stays close to uncovered temperature while loss and dust load drop. On a chilled pool the cover reduces heat gain, so the chiller runs fewer hours.
From roughly November to March the classic case returns: on a heated pool the closed cover keeps heat in overnight and cuts heater running cost. Riyadh and other inland projects feel this more than the coast.
Pool geometry, deck construction, track route, mechanism location, pit drainage and service access are reviewed before a configuration is proposed.
Critical dimensions, fixing interfaces, power routing, controls and the responsibility split are approved in writing before production starts.
The order is manufactured against approved information, checked for dimensions, components and identification, then packed and documented for export.
ST3000-T is intended for selected retrofits. Feasibility depends on pool geometry, deck strength and width, fixing points, access, power routing and available mechanism space, so send photos and deck details with the dimensions.
No. ST3000-U gives the cleanest finish but needs earlier structural coordination and more civil work. ST3000-T is often the practical route when the pool and deck already exist, with the mechanism left visible or housed under a bench.
A transparent bubble cover will, which makes it the wrong product for a Gulf summer. An opaque cover blocks solar gain while it reduces evaporation, so water stays close to uncovered temperature. No cover cools a pool; on a chilled pool it lowers the chiller's running hours instead.
Rectangular pools are the most straightforward because the tracks must run parallel. Curves, raised spas, beach entries, infinity edges and overflow channels need individual review, and another cover approach is sometimes the honest answer.
Fabric and slats are wear parts under high UV and heat, and no fixed interval is claimed here. Warranty terms, including any pro-rated period, are stated in the written offer. Because the system is our own production, we archive each order and can run the same profile again years later, so a replacement starts from the record instead of a re-survey.
