Handrail supply

Pool handrails matched to drawings, fixing and environment

Handrail appearance is only one part of the requirement. Geometry, tube specification, material, surface finish, fixing interface and local structural approval must be clear before production.

WhatsApp opens first. You can attach your drawing, BOM or project photos in the chat.

What contractors are really trying to avoid

Finding products is easy. The hard part is turning drawings, BOM lines and several factories into one package that arrives right, complete and on time.

  1. The project risk01

One project can mean chasing eight or more suppliers.

    How PoolProject reduces it

We coordinate specialized factories through one China-side point of contact.

  2. The project risk02

The lowest quote becomes expensive when voltage, sizing or connections are wrong.

    How PoolProject reduces it

We organize drawings and BOM data, flag gaps and freeze approved specifications before production.

  3. The project risk03

Fragmented replies slow down your quotation and tender.

    How PoolProject reduces it

We structure the open questions, models, quantities, documents and lead times into one reviewable package.

  4. The project risk04

Quality, missing parts and shipment readiness are hard to see from abroad.

    How PoolProject reduces it

We define order-specific checks, evidence, packing records and consolidation before handover.

Where this service fits

  • Pool access, steps or deck areas with a defined handrail geometry
  • Hospitality and compound projects requiring coordinated finishes and quantities
  • Custom or repeat distributor requirements supported by drawings or samples

What to prepare before WhatsApp

  1. 01Dimensioned drawing, sketch or reference sample
  2. 02Material grade, tube diameter or section and finish
  3. 03Flange, socket or other fixing interface and required hardware
  4. 04Quantity, pool environment, destination and required date

How the project moves

  1. 1

    Review geometry

Curves, straight sections, fixing centres and interfaces are checked against the submitted information.

  2. 2

    Align specification

Material, finish, tube and included fixing components are written into the proposed scope.

  3. 3

    Freeze and inspect

Approved drawings or samples define the order, followed by agreed dimensional, visual and packing checks.

Scope and responsibility boundaries

  • The buyer's engineer is responsible for structural calculations, fixing substrate and installed-code compliance.
  • Site dimensions must be verified locally before a custom geometry is frozen.
  • Color and finish tolerances should be agreed using an approved sample when appearance is critical.
  • Local installation and field modification are not part of standard China-side supply coordination.

Frequently asked questions

Can a handrail be produced from a sketch?

A sketch can start the review, but production normally requires clear dimensions, tube details, fixing centres, material, finish and quantity.

Can the finish match another metal item?

A target finish can be reviewed, preferably with an approved physical sample or defined finish reference. Exact appearance should not be assumed from screen images.

Who approves the fixing?

The buyer's local engineer or contractor must approve the substrate, anchors and installed structural suitability.
